プライバシーポリシー

handraise（以下「当アプリ」）は、ユーザーの皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当アプリがどのような情報を収集し、どのように使用・保護するかを説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

当アプリは、サービスを提供するために以下の情報を収集します：

アカウント情報: メールアドレス、ユーザー名、プロフィール情報（任意で登録された情報）
プロフィール画像: ユーザーがアップロードした画像
メッセージ情報: ユーザー間で送受信されたメッセージ、チェックイン、カード
位置情報（任意）: ユーザーが選択した場合のみ、メッセージに添付されるGPS座標と地名
QRコード情報: プロフィール交換のために生成されたQRコード
デバイス情報: デバイスの種類、OS、アプリのバージョン
利用情報: アプリの利用状況、エラーログ

2. 情報の使用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で使用されます：

アカウントの作成と管理
プロフィール交換機能の提供
メッセージ送受信機能の提供
アプリの改善とバグ修正
不適切なコンテンツの検出と削除（画像モデレーション）
カスタマーサポートの提供
利用規約の遵守状況の確認

3. 第三者サービスの使用

当アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを使用しています：

Firebase Authentication: ユーザー認証のため
Google Cloud Storage: 画像の保存のため
OpenAI API: 画像の自動モデレーションのため

5. データの保存期間

アカウント情報: アカウント削除まで保存
メッセージ: 受信者が削除するまで保存
画像: アカウント削除またはユーザーが削除するまで保存
ログ情報: 最大90日間保存

6. データのセキュリティ

当アプリは、ユーザーの情報を保護するために以下の対策を講じています：

データの暗号化（通信時および保存時）
セキュアな認証システム
定期的なセキュリティ監査
不適切なコンテンツの自動検出

7. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します：

アクセス権: 自分の個人情報へのアクセスを要求できます

データエクスポート

アプリの設定画面から「データをエクスポート」を選択すると、以下の情報を含むJSONファイルをダウンロードできます：

アカウント情報とプロフィール
受信・送信したメッセージ（位置情報含む）
表示設定、通知設定、ユーザー設定

個別データの削除

以下のデータを個別に削除できます：

メッセージ: 受信箱から個別のメッセージを永久削除
プロフィール画像: 設定画面から画像を削除

アカウントの完全削除

設定画面の「プライバシーとデータ」セクションから「アカウントを削除」を選択すると、以下が永久に削除されます：

アカウント情報
プロフィール
送受信したすべてのメッセージ
アップロードした画像
すべての設定

注意: アカウント削除は元に戻すことができません。

8. 子供のプライバシー

当アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当アプリは、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールでお知らせします。

10. 広告サービス (Google AdMob)

当アプリのモバイルアプリ版（iOS / Android）では、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用してバナー広告を表示しています。AdMob および Google のサードパーティ広告ベンダーは、端末の広告識別子などを用いて、関連性の高い広告を配信することがあります。Web 版 (handraise.net) では広告を表示していません。

iOS では、アプリのトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）も取得しません。そのため常にパーソナライズされていない広告のみを表示します。
パーソナライズド広告の無効化: https://www.google.com/settings/ads、または端末の設定（iOS:「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」、Android:「設定 > Google > 広告」）から管理できます。

当アプリは、AdMob を通じて広告を配信するために必要な範囲を超えて個人を特定できる情報を Google と共有しません。

Profile Images: Images uploaded by users
Message Information: Messages, check-ins, and cards sent between users
Location Information (Optional): GPS coordinates and location names attached to messages, only when chosen by the user
QR Code Information: QR codes generated for profile exchange
Device Information: Device type, OS, app version
Usage Information: App usage data, error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Account creation and management
Providing profile exchange functionality
Providing messaging functionality
App improvement and bug fixes
Detection and removal of inappropriate content (image moderation)
Providing customer support
Ensuring compliance with Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication: For user authentication
Google Cloud Storage: For image storage
OpenAI API: For automatic image moderation

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

Note: Profile information and messages are only visible to users you intentionally share them with.

5. Data Retention

Account information: Stored until account deletion
Messages: Stored until deleted by recipient
Images: Stored until account deletion or user deletion
Log information: Stored for up to 90 days

6. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect your information:

Data encryption (in transit and at rest)
Secure authentication system
Regular security audits
Automatic detection of inappropriate content

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

Access: Request access to your personal information
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and related data

Data Export

From the app settings screen, select "Export My Data" to download a JSON file containing:

Account information and profile
Received and sent messages (including location information)
Display settings, notification settings, and user preferences

Individual Data Deletion

You can delete the following data individually:

Messages: Permanently delete individual messages from your inbox
Profile Images: Delete images from the settings screen

Complete Account Deletion

From the "Privacy & Data" section in settings, select "Delete Account" to permanently delete:

Account information
Profile
All sent and received messages
Uploaded images
All settings

Warning: Account deletion cannot be undone.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email.

10. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The mobile apps (iOS / Android) display banner ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and third-party vendors may use device advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. The web version (handraise.net) does not display advertisements.

On iOS, the app does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA). Only non-personalized ads are ever requested.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads, or in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

The App does not share personally identifiable information with Google beyond what is necessary to serve ads via AdMob.
